Goalkeeper Jordan Pickford has been drafted into the England squad after Tom Heaton withdrew with a minor injury.

The Sunderland stopper was due to link up with England Under-21s ahead of their Euro Qualifier against Bosnia & Herzegovina, but instead will meet up with the senior team in time for Tuesday’s game in Slovenia.

Meanwhile, Arsenal left-back Kieran Gibbs has now reported for duty having been called up following an injury to Ryan Bertrand in Saturday’s victory over Malta.

The Three Lions will train at Hotspur Way tomorrow before heading for Ljubljana later in the day. England face Slovenia on Tuesday at 7.45pm BST.
