Accrington Stanley FC update
An independent Regulatory Commission has found a misconduct charge against Accrington Stanley for a breach of the Football Agent Regulations to be not proven.
It was alleged that the Club engaged a person who was not an FA Registered Football Agent to perform Football Agent Services contrary to Regulation 10.5 of The FA Football Agent Regulations.
The Regulatory Commission found the charge not proven following a hearing, and its written reasons for this decision can be read below.
