On 1 January 2024, the FA’s Football Agent Regulations entered into force and superseded the FA’s Working with Intermediaries Regulations.

The FA Football Agent Regulations have been updated ahead of the 2025/26 season and come into effect from 1st June 2025.

Players, coaches, clubs and agents should be aware that the FA’s Football Agent Regulations apply alongside the FFAR, which are already in force and can be found here (FFAR FAQs can also be found here and FIFA Circular 1873 can be found here).
