Breach of FA Rule E3(1) – it is alleged that Moyes’s comments following his post-match interview were improper and/or threatening and/or brought the game into disrepute, contrary to FA Rule E3(1).

Two breaches of FA Rule E3 – (i) it is alleged that Bentley’s behaviour after the end of the fixture, in pushing Shaw Lane Association FC goalkeeper Jonathan Stewart, amounts to improper conduct; and (i) it is further alleged that Mr Bentley’s behaviour after the end of the fixture, in confronting Shaw Lane Association FC player Kelvin Lugsden, amounts to improper conduct.

Bentley has until 20 April 2017 to respond.

Breach of FA Rule E1 – it is alleged that Wraith entered into a Representation Contract with a minor without having obtained ‘additional authorisation’ to deal with minors contrary to Regulation 3.1 at Appendix II – Registration of Intermediaries.

Nine breaches of FA Rules – (i) breach of FA Rule E1 (f) – it is alleged that the club, having given signed undertakings to The FA, breached those requirements in that it failed to disclose that Steven Lynch remained ‘interested’ in the club; (ii) six breaches of FA Rule E1 (e) – alleged breaches in relation to participation in competitions when Lynch or his associate was ‘interested’ in the club as well as a second club without prior written consent; (iii) breach of FA Rule E1 (b) – it is further alleged that contrary to FA Rule I (1) (g), the club entered into a loan agreement on 3 February 2012 without the documentation being signed by the two club officials or management committee members independent of the party extending the loan; (iv) breach of FA Rule E1 (b) – it is further alleged that contrary to FA Rule I (1) (c) (i), the club prepared company accounts for the period 1 October 2011 to 30 March 2013 in which items on the balance sheet did not include the corresponding amount for the immediately preceding financial year.

Halesowen Town FC 1873 was fined £5,000, £2,500 of which will be suspended for a period of three years which would be automatically invoked should a similar charge be found proven during that period, and warned as to its future conduct.

Three breaches of FA Rules – (i) breach of FA Rule E1 (f) – it is alleged that Lynch breached signed undertakings in that he failed to disclose that he remained ‘interested’ in Halesowen Town FC; (ii) breach of FA Rule E1 (b) – it is further alleged that contrary to the Owners’ and Directors’ Test Regulation 3.1.3 Mr Lynch acted as a director/officer at times between January 2012 and January 2015 without written confirmation being given to the club by The Association; (iii) breach of FA Rule E3 (1) – it is further alleged that Lynch acted in an improper manner on 3 February 2012 when entering into a loan agreement on behalf of Halesowen Town FC.

Lynch was suspended from all football and football activity for a period of two years from 1 May 2017, including a ground ban from all fixtures within this period, fined £5,000 and warned as to his future conduct.

Cooper admitted the charge of violent conduct, but denied that the standard punishment that would otherwise apply to the offence of violent conduct (four-match suspension) is clearly insufficient.

Denied element of the charge proven. Immediately suspended for a total of six first-team competitive matches in approved competitions.

Djair Parfitt-Williams, West Ham United FC
Breach of FA Rule E8 – it is alleged that between 21st August 2016 and 30th October 2016 Parfitt-Williams placed 28 bets on the result, progress, conduct or any other aspect of, or occurrence in, a football match or competition whilst being a Participant.
Charge admitted, personal hearing requested.

Parfitt-Williams was suspended, with immediate effect, from all football and all football related activity for the period of six months which shall run up to and including 4 October 2017. He was warned as to his future conduct and fined £17,500.
