The FA Vase Third Round Proper draw complete

Monday 24 Nov 2014
All ties will be played on the weekend of 6 December

The draw for the Third Round Proper of The FA Vase has been made at Wembley Stadium.

The 32 ties are scheduled for 6 December and the winners will each receive £1,500 from The FA’s prize fund.

None of last season’s Vase Semi-Finalists feature in the draw.

Holders Sholing now play in The Trophy after being promoted and Eastbourne United, St Andrews and West Auckland Town were all knocked out of this season’s competition on Saturday.

But four-time Vase winners Whitley Bay’s name was first out of the hat today and they face a home tie against Dunston UTS, the 2012 winners.

Another Northern League side, Consett, scored eight as they put out Whickham on Saturday, Luke Sullivan notching four, and they will now be at home to Marske United.

Flackwell Heath, who rattled in eight at East Preston, travel to Peterborough Northern Star.

Greenwich Borough, who came close to reaching The FA Cup’s First Round Proper last month, go to Horley Town in Surrey.

Bolehall Swifts, third in the Midland Football League’s Division One and unbeaten in 17 matches, are based in Tamworth and initially used a double-decker bus for their dressing room.

They were 4-0 up at half-time at home to Dunkirk, a level higher, on Saturday and their eventual 4-2 victory has been rewarded with another home tie – to Brocton, 3-1 conquerors of Pegasus Juniors.
