Three Lions land in Manaus ahead of World Cup opener

The England squad depart from Rio to Manaus

England arrived in Manaus on Wednesday afternoon, as they gear up for Saturday's World Cup opener against Italy at the Arena da Amazonia.

The Three Lions squad left their main base in Rio earlier in the day, before making the lengthy flight across South America to the Amazonian city.

And Roy Hodgson's men were given a rapturous welcome by local fans on their arrival in Manaus.
