The England team trained in Miami on Friday morning as they turned up the heat on their preparation for the World Cup.

It was almost touching 30 degrees in the blistering sun as Roy Hodgson's squad were in action at Barry University.

The Three Lions meet Honduras at Sun Life Stadium on Saturday afternoon in what will be their final warm-up game ahead of the Finals in Brazil.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain was the only player missing from the session as he continues treatment on his knee injury.

Liverpool winger Raheem Sterling was in sparkling form and netted a fine strike in the small-side game at the end of training, following a deft flick from Jordan Henderson, which FATV cameras captured

Hodgson and captain Gerrard then headed to the press conference room where they spoke about Saturday's game and the start of their World Cup in just over a week.
