As England get closer and closer to the World Cup in Brazil, defender Gary Cahill brings us the latest in his exclusive Vauxhall video diary from the Three Lions camp.
After Wednesday's match with Ecuador, the squad had their recovery and rest the following day, before the option of free time in Miami in the afternoon.
Some players chose to relax, some chose to shop, but Chelsea star Cahill joined squad-mates Wayne Rooney and Jon Flanagan for a round of golf in the Florida sunshine.
And Cahill was on hand to catch some of the action from the golf course as part of his latest diary entry, which can be watched in the media player above.
Of course, Flanagan has a previous record of taking to the golf course whilst on England World Cup duty, as we saw last summer when he was joined by Ross Barkley and some of his U20 team-mates in Turkey.
