Craig Mudd and Karim Belhocine have been sanctioned for misconduct during the EFL Championship fixture between Sheffield Wednesday and Watford on Tuesday 10 March.
It was alleged that the coaches acted in an improper manner after being sent off around the 62nd minute by confronting each other, and they subsequently accepted the charges against them.
An independent Regulatory Commission imposed one-match touchline bans and £1,200 fines on both coaches, and its written reasons for these decisions can be seen below.
