It is alleged that you performed Football Agent Services without first entering into a Representation Agreement contrary to Regulation 4.1 of The FA Football Agent Regulations.

Mr Hudson-Odoi denied the Charge and elected a Paper Hearing.

Breach of FA Rule E1.2- It is alleged that contrary to Regulation 5.2 of the Agent Regulations, you entered into an agreement with a Minor (whether a Representation Agreement or an agreement other than a Representation Agreement, including but not limited to agreements relating to Other Services) before 1 September in the Academic Year in which the Minor reaches the age of 16.

Mr Gilson admitted the Charge and elected a Paper Hearing.
