Judicial Panel update
HH Clement Goldstone KC has been appointed as the new independent Judicial Panel Chair of The FA for an initial term of three years.
The Judicial Panel Chair’s main responsibility is appointing Judicial Panel members to independent Regulatory Commissions and Appeal Boards.
Clement was previously a Senior Circuit Judge and Honorary Recorder of Liverpool, and he has considerable experience across a range of sports regulatory and disciplinary matters.
The new Judicial Panel Chair replaces Christopher Quinlan KC who held the position from 2019-2025.
