Red-hot Danny Watson continued his rich vein of form with a hat-trick for Ampthill, whose 7-0 win over Barking made them the highest scorers on a busy day in The FA Vase Second Round on Saturday.
Watson has been lethal this season - including a five-goal haul in the league last month - and Barking could not contain him.
The striker hit a hat-trick to establish a three-goal lead for his team, who did not look back, adding another four for good measure.
Gary Ridgeway also got in on the action before goals from Phil Draycott, Tyrone Taylor and Christian Lester sealed their emphatic victory.
No other side managed to match Ampthill's seven goals, but there were a few sides hit for six.

Wisbech Town managed a 6-3 victory over Gornal Athletic, which not only secured the visitors' place in the next round but also provided sweet revenge for last season's Vase upset.
Gornal had defeated Wisbech 4-2 after extra time to move in to last season's last-16 back in February.
But this time it was the Fenmen who served up some extra-time heartbreak, hitting three goals in the additional 30 minutes to progress.
The two sides were locked at 2-2 after an entertaining and open first half. And they could not be separated after 90 minutes either, with Danny White hitting a dramatic 88th-minute equaliser for Wisbech.
Gornal could just not recover from that sucker punch and they conceded three more goals to exit the competition.
It was more straight forward for Westfields, who hammered Coventry Sphinx 6-1 in another of the day's emphatic victories.
The visitors from Coventry had kept it competitive in the first half, and Matt Bannister's goal left them within a goal of their hosts, who lead 2-1 at half time.
But Westfields ran riot in the second half with four more goals, sealing a classy 6-1 win and a place in the next stage.
