Ahead of the start of the new La Liga season, Real Betis have utilised St. George’s Park as a base for their England training camp in recent weeks.
The outfit, managed by former Manchester City and West Ham United boss Manuel Pellegrini, has been using the elite-level pitches for training on a day-to-day basis, alongside the site’s state-of-the-art strength and conditioning facilities in between pre-season warm-up fixtures against Derby County at Pride Park and Leeds United, hosted at Loughborough University.
Last term, Real Betis finished the season in sixth place in La Liga and open their 2021-22 campaign away to Mallorca on 14 August.
