England MU19s made it three wins from three games in their U19 EURO first qualifying round games with a 4-1 victory over Bosnia & Herzegovina.

The Young Lions had seen off both Luxembourg and North Macedonia by 4-0 and 5-0 respectively in their first two games.

And they ensured a perfect record to top the group table in Skopje following Tuesday's match, with all eyes now turning to the draw for the elite qualifying round which takes place in December as the road to next summer's U19 EURO Finals in Hungary and Slovenia heats up.

England deservedly edged ahead when Tino Anjorin scored midway into the first half, before Ethan Laird doubled the advantage soon after when he got on the end of Tommy Doyle's corner.

The Bosnians went into the break with ten men too, as Elvir Muminovic picked up two cautions in quick succession both for fouls on the lively Anthony Gordon.

And they got themselves back in the game shortly after the restart, when captain Andrej Dokanovic from a free-kick.

But Paul Simpson's side killed the game off with two quickfire goals in the 69th and 70th minutes, as Taylor Harwood-Bellis headed home another Doyle corner and then Gordon made it 4-1 after being set up by Lee Buchanan from the left.
