Breaches of FA Rule E8 (as applicable) – it is alleged that Morgan placed 163 bets on the result and/or progress and/or conduct and/or any other aspect of a football match or competition between 10 December 2014 and 11 April 2017.
Admitted charge – paper hearing requested.

Morgan was fined £850, which includes the profit made from the bets in question, and warned as to his future conduct.

Lawson was given a five-match touchline suspension and fined £320. He must also attend a face-to-face education course within four months.

Daniels was fined £1080 and warned as to his future conduct.

Breaches of FA Rule E8 – it is alleged that Baker placed seven bets on the result and/or progress and/or conduct and/or any other aspect of a football match or competition between 18 October 2016 and the 31 October 2016.

Baker was fined £400 and warned as to his future conduct.

Codner was Immediately suspended from all football and football related activity for a period of three months and fined £250.

Breach of FA Rule E3 – it is alleged that on or around the 60th minute of the fixture, Fletcher used abusive and/or insulting words towards a Southport FC player, Alberto Canache, contrary to Rule E3(1). It is further alleged that this breach of Rule E3(1) is an “Aggravated Breach” as defined in Rule E3(2), as it included a reference to ethnic origin and/or race and/or colour.
Nil response – paper hearing to be convened

Fletcher was suspended from all domestic club football for five non-first team matches in approved competitions and fined £100. He must attend a one-to-one FA education course.

Breach of FA Rule E1(b) – it is alleged that Green failed to comply with FA Rule C1(i) (i) (p101 FA Handbook 2016-17), in that he played for AFC Jacks on 14 May 2017, whilst contracted to Solihull Moors FC.

Green was suspended for three matches and fined £250.

Brian Boughen, matchday secretary, Whitby Town FC

Breach of FA Rule E3 – it is alleged that in or around the 80th minute of the fixture, Boughen used abusive and/or insulting words towards a Stourbridge FC player, contrary to Rule E3(1). It is further alleged that this breach of Rule E3(1) is an “Aggravated Breach” as defined in Rule E3(2), as it included a reference to ethnic origin and/or race and/or colour.
Denied charge – personal hearing requested.

Boughen was suspended from all football and football related activity for one month. He was also handed a stadium ban, which prevents him from attending the ground of any Whitby Town FC team on the day of their fixtures; this is effective for the duration of the one-month ban. Boughen must also attend a one-to-one FA education course.

Two breaches of FA Rule E3 – (i) it is alleged that during the above fixture, on or around the 90th minute of the match, Martin used abusive and/or insulting words towards the Referee, Daniel Hanna contrary to Rule E3(1). It is further alleged that this breach of Rule E3(1) is an “Aggravated Breach” as defined in Rule E3(2), as it included a reference to sexual orientation; (ii) it is alleged that following the end of the fixture Martin used abusive and/or insulting words towards the Assistant Referee, Thomas Beeton contrary to Rule E3(1). It is further alleged that this breach of Rule E3(1) is an “Aggravated Breach” as defined in Rule E3(2), as it included a reference to sexual orientation.
Denied charge – paper hearing requested.

Both charges in relation to FA Rule E3, including the aggravated E3(2) element to both charges, found proven. Martin was suspended for six matches and fined £300. He must also attend a one-to-one FA education course.

Three breaches of FA Rule E3 – (i) it is alleged that in the first half of the match Allen gave a false name to the Match Referee when cautioned; (ii) it is alleged that following his dismissal in the second half of the match Allen failed to leave the field of play; and (iii) it is alleged that following his dismissal in the second half of the match Allen used abusive and/or insulting words towards the Match Official.

Allen was suspended for six non-first team matches and fined £200.
