Chelsea will battle Manchester City for a place in The FA Women's Cup Final at Wembley Stadium.

The FA WSL 1 giants were on Monday lunchtime drawn to face each other in the semi-finals – with second-tier Everton taking on top-flight Notts County in another mouthwatering tie.

Semi-Final draw

Ties to be played on 3 May

And the winners of each match will be the first women's club sides to walk out for a Cup Final under Wembley's famous arch on Saturday 1 August.

Chelsea's confidence will be sky-high after they defeated last year's winners Arsenal 2-1 in the quarter-final on Sunday, with goals from Katie Chapman and Gemma Davison.

But Manchester City will be formidable opponents, following on from a 3-1 win over Birmingham City, and can call upon England internationals Steph Houghton, Toni Duggan, Karen Bardsley and Jill Scott, among others.

Everton meanwhile might fancy their chances of staging an upset. They may have been relegated to The FA WSL 2 last season, but they showed their nerve in a penalty shootout win against Charlton Athletic on Sunday, and are unbeaten in the league this term.

Notts County romped to a 5-1 victory over Aston Villa to get this far, thanks to brace from Dunia Susi, but they have made a shaky start to their league campaign.

Both ties will be played on 3 May, at neutral venues to be confirmed later this week.
