Swindon Town defender Nathan Thompson
Swindon Town’s Nathan Thompson has had his claim of wrongful dismissal upheld following an Independent Regulatory Commission hearing on Tuesday.
Thompson was dismissed for denying a goal-scoring opportunity during the game against Cheltenham Town in The FA Cup First Round on 8 November 2014.
The standard punishment has been removed with immediate effect.
