Jesse Lingard
Jesse Lingard won two caps in 2014, the last coming in the 3-1 win over Wales in May.
The 22-year-old had broken into the squad the previous year, making his debut against Scotland in August 2013 after coming off the bench to replace Nathan Redmond.
As well as appearing for Manchester United, the winger has enjoyed loan spells at Leicester City, Birmingham and Brighton.
