An anterior cruciate ligament injury meant Sophie Bradley suffered a disappointing second half of 2014 – but the 25-year-old is well on the road to recovery.

Bradley suffered the injury playing for Notts County against Yeovil in July, less than a month after helping England achieve a 3-0 World Cup qualifying win in Belarus.

That was her second international appearance of the year following the 3-0 defeat of Finland in the Cyprus Cup.

But now Bradley is close to a return to action and she was invited into a recent England training camp to continue her rehab.
