Representation Contracts

All FA Authorised Agents are required to submit all representation agreements to The FA on our standard template.

The FA has drawn up revised versions of the Standard Player and Club Representation Contract templates, in order to reflect the possible impact of potential regulatory changes which may result from the FIFA proposals mentioned here which Agents, Clubs and Players may wish to use. These template Contracts can be found below.

In deciding whether to adopt either of the templates below, parties are reminded that they should take independent legal advice and must at all times ensure that their contractual arrangements comply with the applicable Rules and Regulations of The FA and FIFA.
