Middlesbrough put on a show for the cameras as they roared into the second round proper of the Adobe Women's FA Cup with an emphatic 4-0 win over Cheadle Town Stingers.
The contest was the first-ever Women's FA Cup first round game to be broadcast on television, heralding a historic day for women's football.
A Becky Ferguson penalty on the stroke of half time put the hosts in front before Olivia Watt doubled Boro's advantage by reacting quickest to a loose ball in the box after the restart.
It was then the substitutes' turn to star as Laura Robson and Erin Nelson put the finishing touches on the result late on to confirm Middlesbrough's place in the hat.
