Oxford United stunned Plymouth Argyle with two goals in the final five minutes to snatch a dramatic 2-1 win at home and a place in the Adobe Women’s FA Cup fourth round.
Ellie Noble gave Arygle an early lead from the spot after the visitors were awarded a penalty when Tianna Teisar was shoved in the back.
Plymouth, who were on a 16-game unbeaten streak across all competitions prior to kick-off, led for the vast majority of the game before Oxford came surging back.
Ruby Sealey headed home initially to level it in the 86th minute, before Emma Thompson spun in the box and fired into the net to send the home faithful into raptures.
