Coach v Manchester FA – 11 September 
Charge: FA Rule E3 - Improper Conduct - Assault or Attempted Assault on a Match Official
Sanction: 1520 Days, 10 Club penalty points, to complete an education course
Result: Appeal Allowed: remitted for rehearing.

Oldham Dynamoes FC v Manchester FA – 11 September 
Charge: Charge 1: FA Rule E20 - Failed to ensure directors, players, officials, employees, servants, representatives attending any Match do not behave in a way which is improper, offensive, violent, threatening, abusive, indecent, insulting or provocative
Charge 2: FA Rule E21 - Failed to ensure spectators and/or its supporters (and anyone purporting to be its supporters or followers) do not behave in a way which is improper, offensive, violent, threatening, abusive, indecent, insulting or provocative whilst attending
Sanction:  Charge 1: a £200 fine, 10 Club penalty Points; Charge 2: a £130 fine, 7 Club penalty points

Sanction:  
Charge 1: 8-match suspension, a £35 fine, 8 Club penalty points
Charge 2: 455-days suspension, a £200 fine, 9 Club penalty points
Result: Appeal Allowed: remitted to County FA.
