Gary Caldwell sanctioned
Exeter City's Gary Caldwell has been given a two-match touchline ban and £2,750 fine for misconduct at their EFL League One fixture against Wycombe Wanderers on Wednesday 1 January 2025.
The FA alleged that the manager acted in an improper manner and/or used abusive and/or insulting words towards both the match referee and the fourth official around the 93rd minute.
Gary Caldwell admitted this charge, and an independent Regulatory Commission imposed his sanctions following a hearing.
