The FA publishes Clive Sheldon KC's update to the Sheldon Report

In March 2021, we published Clive Sheldon KC’s independent report into allegations of non-recent child sexual abuse in football.

We are now in the position to publish the final annex of Clive Sheldon KC’s independent report, titled: ‘Watford FC: Addendum’. This addendum includes Clive Sheldon KC’s review of Watford FC’s investigation into allegations against a former member of their staff, which has been concluded and submitted to Clive Sheldon KC.

We have asked for this new addendum to be published so that the conclusions of Watford FC’s investigation can be made known to the survivors who have bravely come forward.

VIEW WATFORD FC ADDENDUM OF THE SHELDON REPORT

We continue to offer support to anyone who has been impacted by non-recent child sexual abuse in football. If anyone is ready to come forward at this time, they can do so without waiving their anonymity and there is support in place if they want to access it.
