All the information Travel Club members need before the sale on Tuesday 18 May

Monday 17 May 2021
Travel Club members who were successful in the initial ballot can purchase their tickets from 1pm on Tuesday 18 May

Update: This sales guide has been updated for the purpose of the Knock-out stages.

Any member that has been successful a ballot will be able to purchase their tickets within their pre-defined sales window via UEFA's Ticketing website. You will only be able to purchase tickets in groups of 4 or less.

If a member is successful in the ballot for a specific game, but chooses not to follow through with their purchase, they will not be considered in any future ballots for that game.  Doing this will not effect your chances in ballots for other matches.

Any member who wishes to purchase their tickets will need to have an account with UEFA.  You may not have one if you were not the lead booker in the initial sale, however, you can easily create one before or at any point during the sale.  Please be aware that if you are creating a new account then, once you have set it up, you will need to 're-click' either of the the sale links within this update.

If you are purchasing on another member’s behalf you will need their name, passport number, FAN number (i.e. Membership Number), date of birth and access code(s).  If you get any of the personal information incorrect, or the details of the individual do not match what we have on file, your entire order may be cancelled. We will be unable to check this information until the sale window is over so please ensure you enter it in correctly in the first instance.

As passport numbers may have changed this is not information we will be checking for errors.

Please be aware that if you do not chose to purchase your ticket, in this sale, for a specific match then you will not be entered back into the ballot for that game.

Round of 16 Ticket Prices:

Category 1 - €185
Category 2 - €125
Category 3 - €50

Sale Guide

Step 1: Log into UEFA’s ticketing website here.

If you do not already have a log in, you will need to create one by clicking ‘Create your UEFA account’.  Please be aware that if you are creating a new account then, once you have set it up, you will need to 're-click' either of the the sale links within this update in order to arrive at 'Step 2'.

Step 2: You will be asked to enter in an access code.  Enter in the access code of the ticket/match you wish to purchase first.  You will be able to add other tickets and matches, for a maximum total of 4 individuals per game, once you are in the sale, if you have access codes for them.

If you reach this stage and are receiving an error message please refer to a recent update that should resolve your query.

Step 3: Once you have entered in the access code you will see the following screen.  This will outline the match for which the access code will allow you to purchase.  Click ‘buy’ to continue.

Please note: the match will be defined by the date of the fixture rather than the opponent.

Step 4: Select ‘1’ in the quantity box.  You will be able to add more tickets at the next step.

Step 5: Once you have added that ticket to your cart you can either proceed to the checkout by selecting ‘buy now’ or ‘add more tickets/matches’.  Each time you add another ticket/match the timer will reset to ’you have 14 minutes to complete your request’

Step 6: If you have chosen to ‘add more tickets/matches’ you will be taken back to the access code entry page.  If you wish to add more tickets to the same game, enter in the access codes for that match.  If you wish to add tickets for another game, enter in the access code for another game

Please note: You can only purchase multiple tickets for the same match if they are in the same category.  If you are buying a ticket on behalf of a family member or friend, and they are not in the same category as you, you will need to do this in a completely new order.  They can do this themselves or you can create an account on their behalf.  You will be unable to order a single ticket for another member on your account as it will be assigned to your name and may end up being cancelled.

Step 7: You will be taken back through the process above for each ticket/match you wish to add to your ‘shopping cart’.  Once you have added all the tickets you with to purchase select ‘buy now’.  You will then be asked to enter in the following information for all ticket holders, or, ‘beneficiaries’.

First name, Last name, Date of Birth, Nationality, FAN Number (i.e. Membership Number), Passport Number.

Please note:  If you get any of the personal information incorrect, or the details of the individual do not match every field we have on file, your entire order may be cancelled.  (This does not include passport numbers as we appreciate some may have changed/been renewed recently).

The 'Membership Number' field must be filled in with the FAN number of each individual you are applying for - failing to do this may result in your entire order being cancelled.

We will be unable to check this information until the sale window is over so please ensure you enter it in correctly in the first instance.

Step 8:  You will only be able to select ‘Delivery to mobile phone’ however at this step you can choose to purchase ‘souvenir tickets’.

Step 9: This page will summarise each ticket you have selected to purchase.  You will also need to accept the Terms and Conditions before proceeding

Step 11: Once you have completed your purchase you will receive a confirmation email from UEFA within 24 hours.  If you do not receive the email within that timeframe please contact UEFA directly
