Former England captain Faye White and her son have been enjoying our FA SuperKicks challenges, an ideal way to get active during lockdown.

The Lionesses legend represented her country at six major tournaments, including EURO Finals of 1997, 2001, 2005 and 2009 and the World Cups of 2007 and 2011.

And she’s been looking to pass on some of her skills to her son with the help of our SuperKicks challenges, which are great fun and a perfect way to get out into the garden, learning while playing.

The challenges have been created by FA coaches and are underpinned by the England DNA, which is what all the national teams would follow and who better than to help deliver that than 90-cap Faye?

Each activity has easy-to-follow activity guides in video format and step-by-step instructions.

They’re simple to do and can be done at home or your local park, but just make sure you have a safe and open space to do it in.

And Faye picked out three of our challenges in Mirror Mirror, Throw & Control and Striker Wars as well as explaining which of the current England squad can demonstrate each skill perfectly.
