Next steps for EURO 2020 ticket holders and members on the waiting list

UEFA has extended the ticket payment portal until midnight tonight (Thursday 6 February). Travel Club members who were allocated tickets and have yet to pay for them are encouraged to do so now to avoid missing out.

UEFA WEBSITE

Made a mistake with your application?

Upon investigation with UEFA regarding the small number of fans who applied through the General Public sale, we can ascertain that they either did not follow the correct links provided or once through to UEFA's website, did not select England as their Participating National Association (PNA) which means they will have gone through to the General Public Sale.

UEFA included several prompts on their website for "clicking here" if you were part of the England Supporters Travel Club, so if you arrived at UEFA's website organically, there were pointers for you to follow.

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

For those who did this, you would've received an email from UEFA confirming your application had submitted however, this will have included the following paragraph

"After the random draw you will be able to view the status of your application by logging into your ticketing account to EURO2020.com (no changes or cancellation will be accepted after the closing of the application phase".

If you applied through the correct route, this paragraph was not included. We appreciate that this may not be clear for some members but UEFA have one ticket portal to cover all nations submitting applications so there is potentially limited changes that can be made to suit every fan applying.

Are there spare tickets?

As previously communicated on the 27th January, we do not have any spare tickets available. We have contacted UEFA to ask about purchasing an additional allocation of tickets and any that remain unsold from our original allocation after the payment portal has closed.

Once we know what tickets (if any) we can acquire, we will then need to decide how these tickets are allocated (via a ballot for example). We hope to make a further update later next week once UEFA have confirmed what (if any) tickets are available and the process for members who made mistakes on their application.

Cost of tickets

EURO 2020 ticket prices were set by UEFA before applications opened. We encouraged members to only apply for tickets they could feasibly afford. If you've elected to pay for tickets on a credit or debit card which expires before August 2020, please bear in mind that there may be a delay in receiving refunds for conditional tickets post-tournament.

Receiving your tickets

Tickets will be issued via the UEFA mobile ticketing app nearer to the tournament. If you still have the app from the Nations League last year, please do not panic if your tickets aren't showing. UEFA and the ESTC team will send further updates nearer the time with instructions on how to access your tickets.

If you do not have a compatible mobile phone, you'll be able to collect paper tickets on the day of each England match. Further details will be sent closer to the tournament.

If you purchased souvenir tickets, these will be sent by UEFA after the tournament has finished.

Tickets are non-transferable or refundable once purchased. UEFA and The FA will be able to monitor the transfer of any mobile app tickets. Tickets issued via the Travel Club cannot be sold on UEFA's re-sale platform.

It's against membership rules to sell or advertise the sale of England match tickets. This includes any posts on the forum and ESTC Facebook group where members list tickets for sale or transfer or request tickets from other members.
