Bulgaria v England ticket update

Following ongoing discussions with the Bulgarian Football Union, we're pleased to confirm that we have agreed on an allocation of 3400 tickets to Bulgaria v England on Monday 14 October.

4244 members registered their interest an a ticket to this fixture and therefore it was necessary to conduct a ballot based on caps. The caps cut-off to be guaranteed a ticket was 14. 

The website will be updated with ballot results in the next few days and emails will be sent to all who applied.

Ticket sale

Travel Club members who are allocated tickets will be able to purchase from midday Friday 13 September until 3pm Monday 16 September.

Tickets are priced at £20 and will be for collection only in Sofia on either Sunday 13 October or Monday 14 October. 

Tickets will be available to buy from TheFA.com/tickets or by calling 0333 999 1863 during the advertised sale period.

When purchasing tickets you will need to provide your FAN number, along with the FAN numbers and dates of birth of all other members (who are successful in the ballot) in your group. Group bookings are limited to a maximum of four Travel Club members per group. If you wish to be sat with your friends or family, we recommend booking your tickets together in one order as you will not be able to add to an existing booking at a later date or re-seat you together after tickets have been allocated. 

Important: new Travel Club members are advised that you must pay for your tickets during the advertised sale period (if successfully allocated a ticket). We do not operate a direct debit system and it is not possible to pay for your ticket at the collection point. 

Members are reminded that tickets are for personal use only and cannot be sold on, advertised for sale or transferred to another member or non-member under any circumstance.

We will not be allocating large groups of supporters together. Please do not email the England Supporters Club requesting different order numbers be sat together.

Second sale

Any unsold tickets from the first sale will be made available to the remaining Travel Club members without a ticket from midday Tuesday 17 September. Tickets will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis and no further ballots will be conducted. If you wish to attend the match and were unsuccessful in the ballot or missed the registration period, we recommend purchasing during the second chance sale. 

We will not be operating a waiting list until after the completion of the second chance sale. Please do not email the England Supporters Club to be placed on a waiting list.

Fan behaviour and ticket collections

There will be a zero tolerance policy on anti-social behaviour at the Bulgaria match. Any members behaving unacceptably either before, during or after the match will be suspended from the membership.

Tickets for all England away friendlies and qualifiers - including this match - are for collection only in the host city. No tickets will be posted or emailed to ticket holders.Full ticket collection details will be emailed to ticket holders after the sale periods have been completed.

FA Staff have the right to refuse tickets to any Travel Club member who arrives at the ticket collection point visibly intoxicated. Tickets will not be issued to any members who are verbally or physically abusive towards FA staff. 

Junior members

The Bulgarian FA have instructed that all ticket holders under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all time. All junior ticket holders must attend the match with a declaration form completed by their parent/guardian. Once you've purchased your tickets, please download the declaration form below and complete two copies. One copy is for the parent/guardian to keep and the other copy must by bought along to the match and shown to stadium security upon entry.

We have been advised that if you do not bring a completed declaration form with you to the match (and you're attending with a junior), you will not be allowed entry and will be sent to the ticket office to complete a new copy.
