England’s eLions crashed out of the inaugural FIFA eNations Cup at the quarter final stage on Sunday.

After our representatives, FitWizTom and F2Tekkz made a bright start to the competition on Saturday, the pair continued where they left off by finishing the group stages with victory over South Africa on Sunday morning.

Both players won their individual games and their 2v2, to reach the last eight and a tie against Argentina.

But unfortunately, England’s eNations Cup journey came to an end as Argentina’s Yagocai saw off F2Tekkz by 2-0 on the Xbox.

The eNations Cup title was eventually won by England’s former group rivals France, who defeated Argentina in the Final which was held at London’s O2 Arena.
