With many supporters beginning to look ahead to UEFA Euro 2020™, we would like to encourage all members to regularly check their emails and the England Supporters Club website to ensure that they do not miss out on important information related to ticket sales, membership policies and tournament details.
We politely request that members check their email address and delivery address details to ensure that their details are accurate. If you have purchased tickets to England v Bulgaria and have elected to receive these by post, please check that the delivery address submitted is correct as tickets will begin to get dispatched 2-3 weeks prior to kickoff. If you have elected to receive e-tickets, please ensure that the email produce provided is correct.
During the UEFA Nations League we also plan to send SMS or broadcast messages to ESTC ticket-holders in the event of any security or travel updates so if you wish to receive any of these updates whilst in Portugal, please update your mobile phone number on your account. We will email further details to members regarding the messaging service before the UEFA Nations League commences.
Updating your details
1. Login to thefa.com with your fan number or email address.
2. Click on 'My Account'.
3. Update your personal or contact details and click 'save changes'.
Updating your mailing preferences
If you have not been receiving emails related to the England Supporters Club, Travel Club or England ticket sales, you can check to see if you have unsubscribed by following these simple steps:
- Login to your account on thefa.com using your fan number or email address.
- Click your name on the top right hand corner and select 'My Account'.
- Under your personal details, look for the tick box which says "I'd like to receive marketing emails".
- If the box is un-ticked and you wish to receive marketing emails related to ticket sales and England promotions, please re-tick the box and click 'save changes'.
Please be aware that once you have re-ticked the box to receive marketing emails, it can take up to 24 hours for the changes to take place.
If you do not wish to receive marketing emails related to ticket sales or membership offers, please ensure that you check the England Supporters Club website regularly for updates. We also have a dedicated England Supporters Travel Club Facebook group for all valid ESTC members; any important updates or offers will be posted there for members to follow.
