England boss Roy Hodgson names starting XI to face Germany

Danny Rose will make his England debut in Saturday's clash with Germany, Roy Hodgson has confirmed.

The Three Lions boss revealed his starting XI on Friday evening, with Rose's inclusion the headline news.
