England Women’s Under-19s picked up an encouraging 2-2 draw against USA at St. George’s Park.

Following Tuesday’s 1-0 win over the same opposition, Mo Marley fielded a side of players from the younger end of the U19s age band; it was virtually an U18s side which included a number of Lionesses who are eligible for the upcoming FIFA Women’s U17s World Cup in October.

Abigail Kim gave the visitors the lead but Manchester City youngster Georgia Stanway hit back just before the break.
