Leicester City and Aston Villa were both charged following an incident in their game
Aston Villa have been fined £60,000 and warned as to their future conduct, after the club admitted failing to ensure its players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion and/or refrained from proactive behaviour.
It follows an incident which occurred during added time at the end of the game against Leicester City on 10 January 2015.
