Wigan Athletic have had their appeal against their £40,000 fine rejected by an Appeal Board.
Wigan were fined following an Independent Regulatory Commission hearing in April after the club admitted breaching The FA's Football Agents Regulation C10(a)(i).
The charge related to agency activity in relation to the signing of Marc-Antoine Fortune.
