Liverpool striker Mario Balotelli
The written reasons for The FA Regulatory Commission decision made on 18 December in the matter of a sanction on Mario Balotelli of Liverpool FC have been released.
Balotelli received a one-match suspension and a £25,000 fine after posting an image on social media which was abusive and/or insulting and/or improper, contrary to FA Rule E3(1).
