The FA Handbook for Season 2025/2026 is available for download below. 

Please note that The FA Handbook is in the process of being updated to incorporate recently approved changes to a number of sections, which are effective from 1 June 2026.

With regards to: (a) The Rules of The Association (Section 8); (b) the Football Agent Regulations (Section 17) and the Owners’ and Director’ Test (Section 19), updated versions of these Sections can be accessed below. These supersede the versions of Section 8, Section 17 and Section 19 contained in The FA Handbook 2025-26, and are effective from 1 June 2026.

A complete version of The FA Handbook for Season 2026-27 will be published in due course.
