FA Women's Awards 2011-12

Everything is set, ready for the FA Women's Awards in 2012

England men’s manager Roy Hodgson and Denise Lewis were both guests of honour at the 2012 FA Women’s Awards held at the Waldorf Hilton, London, on 2 November 2012.

The FAWPL’s divisional top scorers:

Beth Mead, Jodie Michalska and Tash Knapman were all honoured, along with Watford coach John Saloman, Yeovil Town’s digital team and Trevor Clifton, who was the recipient of the Special Achievement Award for all of his commitment to driving women’s football in Northamptonshire.

As well as the winners from the FA WSL – in part dominated by Bristol Academy – and the England/Team GB side, Arsenal and England winger Rachel Yankey also received a special award for passing the previous record of England 119 caps.

FA Players' Player of the Year: Jess Fishlock (Bristol Academy)

FA International Player of the Year: Casey Stoney

FA Club of the Year: Birmingham City
