The FA is looking to recruit more FA Licensed Medical Tutors to complement our current workforce
For over 25 years The Football Association has recognised the importance of timely and appropriate first aid for casualties in football environments.
Every player at every level should be able to participate in activity in a safe environment with the reassurance that their basic medical interests have not been overlooked.
The FA Medical Department therefore strongly recommend that whenever and wherever activities are taking place, an FA first aider who has completed an appropriate FA first aid course is in attendance.
The FA has created a ‘pathway’ of sports first aid courses which have been specifically designed for coaches, teachers, parents, referees and healthcare professionals who support sports activities at all levels.
