The LMA was formed in 1992 and is the collective, representative voice of all managers from the Barclays Premier League, the npower Championship and npower Leagues 1 and 2.
LMA Chief Executive Richard Bevan said: “The LMA is delighted that it will be joining The FA at St. George’s Park. The move brings together the two organisations with a shared purpose, to build a world-class venue for the education and development of football managers and coaches.”

Professional Footballers’ Association
The Professional Footballers’ Association (PFA) is the world’s longest-established professional sportsperson’s union.
It is based in Manchester and London, but will operate a satellite office from St. George’s Park for its coaching department. This will give the organisation a base both in the centre of the country and a part of a new national centre of excellence. The PFA is particularly focused on training its members for future careers.
PFA Chief Executive Gordon Taylor said: “The PFA is delighted to be part of this exciting initiative at St. George’s Park, which we hope will produce better coaches, managers and players, and ultimately take the English game back to the cutting edge of world football.”
