Darryl Siaw, Farnborough FC
Breach of FA Rule E1(b) - It is alleged that, by participating in eleven fixtures between 14 September 2014 and 1 March 2015 for AFC Links whilst under registration with Farnborough FC, Darryl Siaw failed to comply with FA Rule C1(i)(i)
Charge admitted and non-personal hearing requested

Siaw was given a two-match suspension and fined £80

Kaine Gazzard, Clevedon Town AFC
Breach of FA Rule E1(b) - it is alleged that, by participating in 3 fixtures between 22 April 2015 and 4 May 2015 for Clevedon United FC whilst under registration with Clevedon Town AFC, Kaine Gazzard failed to comply with FA Rule C1(i)(i)
Charge denied and non-personal hearing requested

Charge proven. Gazzard was given a two-match suspension and fined £50

Clevedon United FC
Breach of FA Rule E1(b) - It is alleged that Clevedon United FC failed to comply with FA Rule C1(i) in that Mr. Kaine Gazzard participated in 3 fixtures between 22 April and 4 May 2015 whilst registered with Clevedon Town AFC
Charge denied and non-personal hearing requested

Charge proven. Clevedon United FC was warned as to its future conduct and fined £100

Breach of FA Rule E3 – It is alleged that Mr Sambou's behaviour during the second half of the fixture constitutes violent conduct

Charge found proven. Sambou was given a five-match ban and fined £100

Lee Broster
Formerly of Notts County FC

Breach of FA Rule E3 - It is alleged that in the dressing following a fixture Mr. Lee Broster used abusive and/or insulting words and/or behaviour towards Notts County FC scholars. It is further alleged that this breach included a reference to ethnic origin and/or race and/or colour contrary to Rule E3(2) [as set out in FA Handbook Season 2012-13]

Thursday 16 July

Sam Gargan, Whitehawk FC
Breach of FA Rule E8 in respect of 45 bets placed on football matches between 21 April 2007 and 17 February 2015
Charge admitted and personal hearing requested

Gargan was suspended from all football activity, with immediate effect, for three months and fined £300

Breach of FA Rule E3 - It is alleged that in the dressing at the fixture Mr. Brett Adams used abusive and/or insulting words and/or behaviour towards a Notts County FC scholar. It is further alleged that this breach included a reference to ethnic origin and/or race and/or colour contrary to Rule E3(2) [as set out in FA Handbook Season 2012/13]

Adams has until 21 July 2015 to respond

Breach of Rule C.2(a)(ii) - it is alleged that on or around 1 January 2015 Swindon Town FC approached a Player, Jermaine Hylton, without giving seven days’ formal written notice to Redditch United FC, the club to which he was registered

Breach of FA Rule E3 - It is alleged that during the above mentioned fixture, Mr Edmondson used abusive and/or insulting language in respect of the Assistant Referee, contrary to Rule E3(1).  It is further alleged that this breach of Rule E3(1) is an “Aggravated Breach” of Rule E3(2), as it included a reference to gender

Charge proven. Edmondson was given a five-match touchline ban from start of the 2015/2016 season, fined £1,500 and ordered to pay costs of £1,500, and ordered to complete an education course within four months. Failure to comply will result in an immediate suspension from all football activity

Three breaches of FA Rule E3 in respect of the above fixture: (i) it is alleged that Mr Batch's language and/or behaviour in or around the 94th minute of the fixture was abusive and/or insulting and/or improper; (ii) it is further alleged that Mr Batch's conduct when he confronted the Match Referee in or around the tunnel area after the end of the fixture amounts to improper conduct; and (iii) it is finally alleged that Mr Batch used abusive and/or insulting words towards the Match Referee when the Match Officials were leaving their dressing room after the end of the fixture
