Berkhamsted produced the biggest result in their history as they beat Southend United to reach the first round of the Emirates FA Cup for the first time.
The seventh-tier side, who ply their trade in the Southern League Premier Division South, came from behind at Roots Hall to triumph 2-1 over their National League hosts and send their travelling fans into raptures.
Lewys Twamley had given Kieron Dyer’s side the lead just after the half-hour mark when he fired home after being quickest to a rebound.
But the Comrades were level going into the break thanks to Luke Andrews, who broke through and calmly slid the ball home.
Both teams searched for a second goal and Berkhamsted had Hubert Graczyk to thank for keeping the score at 1-1 in the 82nd minute.
And as the clock ticked down, Jeffrey Sekyere popped up with the winner for the visitors with two minutes to go after he latched on to a cross from the right.

Elsewhere in the fourth qualifying round, Tadley Calleva’s remarkable FA Cup run continues after they battled to a replay against Aldershot Town.

The result sees the club, formed in 2011, make the first round 16 years on from when their predecessor club Rushden & Diamonds last made the same stage.
Two goals in four minutes from James Clifton and Matty Warburton settled the tie despite Joe Garner halving the deficit.
Stafford Rangers, also of the eighth tier and who also began life in the extra preliminary round, ensured themselves another chance to reach the first round for the first time in 20 years as they held Gateshead to a 1-1 draw at the Gateshead International Stadium.
Both goals were scored inside the opening five minutes as Stafford’s Jack Birch cancelled out Ashley Boatswain’s third-minute opener just two minutes later.
Two second-half goals from Andrew Neal and Reece Thomson saw Plymouth Parkway overcome Chertsey Town with both clubs looking to reach the first round for the first time.
Salisbury continued their FA Cup voyages into uncharted waters as they beat Eastbourne Borough 3-0.
