2. It is alleged that following the Participant’s dismissal from the technical area, the Participant used abusive and/or insulting words towards a Match Official.
3. It is alleged that following the end of the fixture, the Participant used abusive and/or insulting words towards a Match Official.

The Participant has until 7 September 2020 to respond.

Breach of FA Rule E3 - Misconduct for a breach of FA Rule E3 in respect of comments posted on the Participant’s Facebook account. It is alleged the posts were insulting and/or improper and/or brought the game into disrepute, contrary to Rule E3(1). It is further alleged that this breach of Rule E3(1) is an “Aggravated Breach” as defined in Rule E3(2), as it includes reference, whether express or implied, to race and/or ethnic origin and/or nationality.
