Breach of FA Rule E1(d) - It is alleged that Derby Futsal Club failed to comply with Article 9 of FIFA Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players (p12 FIFA RSTP), in that Emma Scott played for Derby Futsal Club on 1st and 8th December 2018 and 19th January 2019 , without the necessary international clearance having first been obtained.
