Czech Republic v England registration results

Following ongoing discussions with the Czech Football Federation, we're pleased to confirm that we've managed to increase our original allocation of tickets from 1169 to 3705. With 5803 Travel Club members registering their interest in tickets, it was still necessary to conduct a ballot based on members caps in order to fairly allocate tickets.

The caps cut-off in order to be guaranteed a ticket was 18. Therefore, Travel Club members who registered their interest in tickets and have less than 18 caps were entered into the ballot. 

Ticket sale

Tickets for Czech Republic v England go on sale to Travel Club members who were successfully allocated tickets from 12pm Friday 2 August until 3pm Monday 5 August. 

3005 tickets are priced at £35 and located behind the goal whilst the remaining 700 tickets are priced at £95 and located along the half-way line, closer to the corner flag. When purchasing tickets, please ensure that you select the ticket price you wish to pay for as we will not be able to move you to a different category after you've purchased. 

Please be aware that there will be segregation in place between the two sections. 

BUY TICKETS

When purchasing tickets you will need to provide your FAN number, along with the FAN numbers and dates of birth of all other members in your group. Group bookings are limited to a maximum of four Travel Club members per group. If you wish to be sat with your friends or family, we recommend booking your tickets together in one order as you will not be able to add to an existing booking at a later date or re-seat you together after tickets have been allocated. 

Important: new Travel Club members are advised that you must pay for your tickets during the advertised sale period (if successfully allocated a ticket). We do not operate a direct debit system and it is not possible to pay for your ticket at the collection point. 

Members are reminded that tickets are for personal use only and cannot be sold on, advertised for sale or transferred to another member or non-member under any circumstance.

We will not be allocating large groups of supporters together. Please do not email the England Supporters Club requesting different order numbers be sat together.

Wheelchair access

Supporters who require wheelchair accessible tickets and were successfully allocated tickets in the ballot can call 0800 389 1966 from midday on Friday 2 August to purchase their tickets.

Wheelchair accessible members are advised that due to the layout of the Sinobo stadium, their companion ticket is not seated immediately next to the wheelchair space, however they are located close by.

Ticket collections

New Travel Club members should be aware that tickets for all England away friendlies and qualifiers - including this match - are for collection only in the host city. No tickets will be posted or emailed to ticket holders.

Full ticket collection details will be emailed to ticket holders after the sale periods have been completed.

The membership card has no effect on your ability to purchase or collect match tickets. Membership cards for supporters who joined May onward are still being processed along with those who failed to provide a suitable photo or correct addresses. 

Second chance sale

Any unsold tickets from the first sale will be made available to the remaining Travel Club members without ticket from midday Tuesday 6 August. Tickets will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis and no further ballots will be conducted. If you wish to attend the match and were unsuccessful in the ballot or missed the registration period, we recommend purchasing during the second chance sale. 

We will not be operating a waiting list until after the completion of the second chance sale. Please do not email the England Supporters Club to be placed on a waiting list.

Fan behaviour

There will be a zero tolerance policy on anti-social behaviour at the Czech Republic match. Any members behaving unacceptably either before, during or after the match will be suspended from the membership.
