Voting for the BT England men's senior player of the year for 2019 is now open

As we approach the end of 2019, we're giving you the chance to vote for your BT England Men's player of the year.

It’s been a strong 12 months for the Three Lions, with plenty of memorable moments to look back on.

Gareth Southgate’s squad had an impressive goalscoring return across the year as England secured their place at next year’s UEFA EURO 2020 Finals by topping their qualifying group.

There was also a trip to the inaugural UEFA Nations League Finals in June, when the Three Lions secured third place by virtue of a penalty shootout win over Switzerland.

We have 12 nominees in the running, selected from those who have played in 50 per cent or more of the Three Lions' ten games this year.

And as an extra incentive, everyone who casts a vote will be entered into a draw to win the chance of presenting the trophy to the whoever is our winner of the 2019 BT England Men's player of the year*.

Voting is also open for the England Women's Senior player of the year, so why not cast a vote for your Lioness of 2019?

In the meantime, the Three Lions will be back in action in March when they face Italy and Denmark at Wembley Stadium.
