Kunal Sapat is going to all three group games in Russia and hopes to see England reach the knock-out stages
This will be my first full World Cup and I’m just looking forward to getting out there and starting the adventure now.
I previously went to one game in South Africa in 2010, so it’s not my first World Cup game, but this year it will be the whole tournament, or as far as we go in the competition.
There’s going to be a lot of travelling and for the first game with Tunisia next Monday, it’s a day trip really. I would’ve liked to have gone a few days earlier but for work-related reasons, I go on Monday with the England Supporters Club flight.
We fly out at 6am on Monday morning and get to Volgograd around noon, so we have a few hours there before the game. Then, it’s a flight straight back and we land around 4am on the Tuesday morning.
After that, I’ll be back out for the Panama and Belgium games for which there’s been a lot of planning and hopefully there’ll be more planning to come for the knock-out stages, should we get there.
I think all the fans are heading out with positive thoughts after the Nigeria and Costa Rica games over the last few weeks.

I went to both of the games and I thought they were very good. We played well and going into the World Cup and our first game next Monday, things are very positive.
The Costa Rica game in Leeds was great too, getting on the road in England is something I hope we can do more often and the atmosphere was brilliant. On the pitch, you could see that everyone was up for it.
Maybe it’s because it’s a smaller stadium, it was packed and because we don’t get out on the road much, that it might have had an impact. Wembley is great, but I do think it’ll be good to go out and do that more often.
For now though, I’ll be watching on as the team head out to Russia and can’t wait to get there myself.
