The Emirates FA Cup quarter final schedule has now been confirmed

Wednesday 22 Feb 2017
The Emirates FA Cup quarter finals will take place between 11 and 13 March 2017

The schedule has been set for The Emirates FA Cup quarter finals, with the four games taking place across three days in March and all being screened live on TV.

It all kicks-off on Saturday 11 March, with two games shown on BT Sport, starting at 12.15pm with Middlesbrough's home tie at the Riverside Stadium against either Huddersfield Town or Manchester City, who meet again on Wednesday 1 March to decide the outcome of their fifth round tie.

  • Quarter final
  • 11-13 March 2017
  • Live on BBC and BT Sport

And Lincoln City will make the trip to the Emirates Stadium later that afternoon to face Arsenal, with the only remaining non-League club in the competition and the 12-time Cup winners getting started at 5.30pm on BT Sport 2.

There's a London derby the following day, as Millwall make the trip across the capital to play Tottenham Hotspur at White Hart Lane on the Sunday, with that tie getting underway at 2pm and live on BBC One.

The final game of the quarter final sees last season's FA Cup winners Manchester United continue their defence with a trip to Chelsea, the former club of Reds boss Jose Mourinho, on Monday 13 March on BBC One.

Should any of this season's quarter finals end all square after 90 minutes, then extra-time and penalties will be played to decide the outcome.

Clubs are also permitted to make a fourth substitution, should their tie progress into extra-time, as part of new FA Cup rules incorporated for the 2016-17 campaign.

Winning clubs will also receive £360,000 from the prize fund and The FA live broadcast fee is £247,500 per club.
