England Under-21s were back at St. George's Park on Friday, as preparations continued for their Euro Qualifier with Norway next week.
Gareth Southgate's squad renew their qualifying campaign on Tuesday evening, knowing that a victory over the Scandinavians in Colchester will take them another step closer to reaching the Euro Finals in Poland next summer.

And it didn't take the Three Lions group long to find their feet with squad newcomers Isaac Hayden and Marcus Rashford involved, along with midfielder Will Hughes, who is back after missing the whole of last season through injury.
There was even time for some neat skills and stunning goals, courtesy or Rashford and Lewis Baker.
