The Three Lions beat Japan on Friday afternoon, to finish their Group B fixtures with four wins from four games and seal a place in Sunday's showpiece in Avignon.

And the day started with a recovery session at the squad's base near Bandol, which was captured by FATV's exclusive behind-the-scenes video.

They followed that with a light training session in Toulon as boss Gareth Southgate and his staff put the final plans in place ahead of England's first appearance in the final of this competition since 1994.

The group then made the journey to their new base in Avignon on Saturday evening, where focus on the game at the city's Parc des Sports continued.
